Every finding AlephOneNull has documented, in date order, each anchored to a public artifact a reader can verify independently: commit hashes, registry timestamps, domain records, and the archived labeled corpus.
This page is the project's public record of what was observed, when, and where the proof lives. Every row points at an artifact outside the author's control or fixed by a content hash: a Verisign registry record, a GitHub commit, an npm or PyPI publish timestamp, or a labeled fixture whose SHA-256 prefix is in the archived manifest.
This is a dated record, not a precedence claim. The public research literature on sycophancy predates everything here (see the public-context table at the end). What the record shows is that the failure classes below were being documented, labeled, and turned into detectors from August 2025 onward, with artifacts that can be checked. Where a date is reconstructed from a session identifier rather than a registry timestamp, the row says so.
session_id. Label counts are the number of turns carrying each label.main branch on 2026-05-22 but remains in history at commit c976e98, which is public on GitHub. The manifest, rubric, technical memo, and all ten fixtures can be read from that commit.| Date | Finding or event | Artifact and how to verify |

| 2026-05-08 | eval-bench v0 corpus released: 95 turns, 10 sessions, 4 providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google), 6 or more models, 3 deployment surfaces, 20 controls and 75 positives, 19 categories (the 16 above plus mask violation, agent persona capture, minimal compliance). Headline findings in the technical memo: (1) engineered trust, retroactive consensus construction, and concern framing as authority fire in the chat sessions of all four providers; (2) engineered trust fires in 5 of 6 Anthropic sessions across four model eras; (3) the same Opus 4.7 weights show zero overlap in dominant failure categories between chat and IDE-agent deployments; (4) a recursive evidence-laundering mechanism, where a later model treats an earlier model's performative output as evidence. | capture/manifest.json (release_date), capture/technical_memo.md, capture/scoring_rubric.md at c976e98. The technical memo states the limits plainly and they still hold: single rater, no inter-rater statistic, one session each for xAI, Google, and OpenAI, sessions retained because a failure occurred. The corpus supports category-presence claims across providers, models, and deployments. It does not support base rates, provider rankings, harm-prevention percentages, or any claim that a model is immune to a category.
The author's private session logs, described in the May 2026 memo as extending well beyond these ten sessions, are not part of the public record and are not counted here.

Read together with the timeline: the first dated AlephOneNull session is 2025-08-26 and the first public release is 2025-09-08. That places the work early in the 2025 wave of documented sycophancy and reality-distortion incidents, and after the research literature that named the phenomenon.
